Everytime I see anyone doing a reverse curl, their knees are at a 90 degree angle. Unfortunately, I can't do that. I have plica syndrome, and it HURTS to hold my knees like that. (supposed to be fixed 8/31 - can't wait) I always just do them with my ankles crossed and legs bent down. Am I loosing effectiveness by doing this? It feels easier on my abs then having my kness 90 degrees. Would I be better off doing them with my legs straight in the air (that doesnt hurt once I have them then straightened) to keep the same level of difficulty? Thanks!!!
