Results from not working out for 3 weeks

A flatter stomach.:7 :7 }( Go figure!

After 3 weeks of resting my neck and shoulder, it's time to work out again. I still have tingles down my arm, which is better, but not much change in 2 weeks. I have to exercise soon. I miss it too much. Enough low impact, time for some intense aerobics. Weights I will go light on.
 
Sooo, that's what I have to do to get a flatter stomach! Yipee! Ha! Good Luck and come back slowly!

OK, so I just went to physical therapy for this stupid numbness down my arm, (traction and ultrasound)which she thought was due to an overstrained muscle. Now she thinks it's more than that because my numbness should be going away. I told her it was better. She told me to lay off the exercise for awhile. WHAT!!! When I came home I got my new dvd's in the mail. x( x( x( ;( ;( This is awful. I know I sound like a baby, I'm so bummed. My DB had a cervical spine fusion a couple years ago, due to too much sports and exercise she thinks I'm heading in the same direction and this stuff can be hereditary. I am soooo hoping she is wrong. My DB said this is how he started out. I want to ignore this information.
