As you can see, I haven't posted on this forum very many times & the only other times I did, I was asking for advice about which DVDs to purchase. Of course, many of you were a great help & I now own 7 Cathe DVDs, 4 of which contain 2 workouts! Yeah! I am now completely & irreversably addicted to Cathe & use her workouts almost exclusively. So first, thank you so much for all your help! Cathe ROCKS!}(
Now, here's my question. None of my current workouts use a resistance band & I had not intended to purchase one at all. Yes, I was resisiting getting a resistance band - ha! So the next 2 I'm going to get are Imax 3 & Supersets/Push Pull because they don't require one. I guess I just didn't see any purpose in owning one since I already have a set of handweights and a barbell. But so many of her previous & new workouts require one & I was really looking forward to her new workouts!x( So do you highly recommend getting one? How effective are they? Is there any way to substitute? Which of her past workouts using a band can I not live without? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!:7
