resistance band sticking together

Does anyone else have this problem? Whenever I use it in such a way that it comes toghther - such as the tricep pull downs in 4DS - when I go to pull it apart to do kickbacks, it's so stuck together that it almost feels like it'll rip trying to get it apart. Is there any way to fix this?

I use talc powder or just baby powder every other time I use my band.
I just sprinkle some on and cover the band in a light layer, then fold the band up and store it in the bag it came in. I've had my green band sense the Hardcore series was produced and came with the band.

Another vote for powder.
It helps keep it supple so it won't snap in two into your face!:7

I put all of my bands in a gallon size zip loc baggie and dump baby powder in it. I shake it up every time I put one back in it. They will wear out and get sticky because they are made of latex. That is unless you buy latex free bands which are somewhat different from what I understand. Leaves powder on my workout clothes but I don't really care LOL

This is exactly what I do. And sometimes I imagine that the powder on my clothes makes me look more like those olympic gymnasts with that chalk stuff they use, LOL!

LOL I do exactly the same thing too!

My band that came with the Hardcore series is still good after all this time plus they stay fresh smelling too
