Just to clarify, if registration opens at noon EST, that's 9 a.m. for those of us in the Pacific Time Zone, right?

Yes, that is correct. We will go live with the order page just as close to 12 noon our time as is possible. Becuase of the large number of people trying to access the page we may have trouble loading the order page, but will do so just as soon as we can.
