Red x where pictures should be

I have a question hoping someone can help me with. In the workout manager of Cathe's site, I have added all of my Cathe DVD's (not an easy task LOL) and I can't view them, I just get a red 'x'. I have tried to right click and change settings but nothing seemed to work, it is such a bummer to me. Has this happened to anyone else, does anybody know the fix?

Sometimes I can see the pictures, sometimes I can't. And sometimes I can see some of them but not others. I just assumed it was a problem on their end and that they will work out the bugs eventually.

Sorry that's not much help, but at least you're not alone!
