Along with everyone else, I am eagerly awaiting the upcoming STS 2.0! For the recovery portion, could you offer a dedicated stretch for upper body days and a dedicated stretch for lower body days. I do the extended stretch for STS 1.0 after every STS workout. For all 40 days! It would be helpful to have at least 2 different stretches to choose from.
And if the stretches could be more along the line of your Mobility Stretch DVD, that would be great. I love how those stretches are more "upward" movements than "downward" movements. And the mobility moves are not the same moves I find in so many other videos...these are different and really get to tight muscles. I love scorpion, trace the rainbow, wrist bends, neck movements, upper back movements, cobra, pigeon, basically the entire DVD.
