Recovery Drink?

I just make a shake using a scoop of protein mixed with 1/2 cup of dried oatmeal in water and ice after my workouts . Or two soft boiled eggs with whole wheat toast with a bit of fruit. I usually do the 2nd though but a shake is great when I need it NOW!

Here is one I just learned that I want to shout from the rooftops:

You can put 1/3 cup of bulk popcorn in a lunch bag and put it in the microwave and it works just like the expensive, overpackaged microwave popcorn. I am soooooo pleased. No oil at all. No funny chemicals. I add salt at the end.

I also recommend popcorn with a spray of tamari (soy sauce) or Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids (tastes like soy sauce, but no salt added, and comes in a spray bottle verion) and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast powder (NOT brewer's yeast, but the beautiful yellow, somewhat cheesy tasting yeast grown specifically for its nutritional benefits like B vitamins and protein). Can you say "yum"!
