Recipes/meals for work

Okay, need your help.

I'm good about packing meals/snacks for work. But, my prob: My belly hurts. Like, you eat an apple, then maybe something green and fibrous w/ lunch. And, guess what? A gassy, hurting stomach. So, how can I incorporate my veggies w/o going fiber-overboard? I don't like to cook too too much. But, I don't want to put off my veggies til then end. Please help? Any easy recipes I could make at beginning of week that will still taste good throughout? Any books? I don't want to feel like this at work.

Plus, maybe it's the chewing gum. Two pieces, and I'm floating.

I don't think your combining your foods properly. You could eat for instance:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/egg white omelette + green or white tea
Meal 2: nuts + apple or string cheese + apple
Meal 3: fish or chicken w/veggies + fruit
Meal 4: salad w/protein
Meal 5: protein of your choice w/veggies

Your largest meal should be Meal #3 and as you gradually get closer to night time the meals become less. You could try taking Beano to help w/the gas. It just takes time but your stomach will adjust.
