I didn't see the other post but I eat eggs (whites) and oatmeal every morning. I take 4 egg whites and about 1/4 cup of water mixed with 1/2 cup oatmeal, add some splenda and cinnamon and cook it up in the microwave. It tastes better than it sounds. I also make a really great pancake (got this recipe from 3fatchicks.com). I put my 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, splenda and cinnamon, and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese in the blender. It makes a thin batter. Cook that in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking oil and yum! Comfort food!
