REBOUNDING???

Hi everyone,

I just had a couple of questions about rebounding. 1st if anyone has tried it and 2nd how you would rate the level of fitness it requires. I am very interested in it(it seems like a lot of fun) but I hear that it is mostly for intermediate excerisers. Cathe videos are all that I use now. Thank you in advance!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Mary, I am a newbie to rebounding and I LOVE it. It is a blast and really gets your heart rate up. I am also getting back into fitness so I am NOT an advance exerciser at this point either. I was worried that it would be hard on my knees, but to my surprise they were not sore the next day at all, so that was a big plus! I hope this will help with your decision!
