Rebounding?

Since I've been reading this board (for about 2 weeks). I feel like I am learning so much. I keep reading about rebounding and I have no idea what that means. Can someone please explain it to me so I know if it something I should be doing?

rebounding is exercising on a small trampoline (a "rebounder"). There are tapes made specifically for the rebounder (you can check out some images at www.urbanrebounding.com and www.collagevideo.com ), but many people, myself included, adapt other workouts to the rebounder. MIC is a workout that has moves that are pretty easy to adapt, once you know a bit about rebounding.
