Hello, educated Cathe Crowd!
I normally do rear lunges with two dumbbells, and I've never seen them performed with a barbell resting on the shoulders behind (or in front of the neck) as I've seen Cathe perform with forward static lunges.
Does anyone have an opinion as to whether there is a safety issue doing rear lunges with one barbell as opposed to two dumbbells?
