Rear Delts?

Hi,
I was wondering how I can target the rear delts? (I think that's where it it- where your arm meets your back, near the armpit?) I have no definition there!

I think the rear delt flyes might hit this, but I'm not sure.
What exercises hit this area?

Thanks

Yes, reverse flyes/rear delt flyes hit the back of the shoulder, also called the posterior delts.

Here is a link to Cathe's description:

In this picture, you'll note that Cathe's wrists are facing eachother; that is, they are facing inward. If you position your wrists to face backwards, I think you isolate the rear delt even more, and recruit less upper back muscle.
