Anyone here ever read and follow this program by Philip Campbell? It's the one with the Sprint 8 workout. I got the book this weekend and am looking for an on-line forum to discuss etc. Thanks!
Yes, I read the book, but I any of the Imax workout will provide the same or better benefits. I do Imax once or twice a week, the three day split weight training and steady cardio at least once a week.
I just finished the book last week and feel that several of Cathe's workouts provide the same benefits. However, the book was very interesting and provided information on the a natural way to release the human growth hormone.
Thanks for the replies. I am trying to use his recommendations for the Sprint 8 program, but am finding the info he says conflicting between chapters! I started the sprint 8 with 30 second sprints, and now I read they should be between 8 and 15 seconds! That is why I am searching the net for a forum of people that do this program regularly.
