Hi Cathe, I've been doing your strength rotation for three weeks and plan to do it for another 1 week. I'm considering continuing with the strength rotation after that because I'm trying to build more lean muscle. My problem is that my bodyfat percentage hovering between 20 and 19% seems in the stuck mode, is that normal on a strength rotation? Do I just have to wait until the fatloss rotation to deal with that? I'm wondering if you need to concentrate on one first and then the other? I just don't want it to go up, I'm eating pretty clean and have increased calories slightly but only in the protein direction. Any suggestions? Thanks
