HI Cathe - I want to thank you so much for changing my life - I recently came across your pyramid lower body and pyramid upper body on fit tv. I absolutely have been changed forever. My question is this - I just saw your supersets on fit tv this weekend and am wondering how to incorporate all three into my weekly routines. Any help on this? Also - can you tell me which DVD's you have that focus on abs? I am struggling to find a good workout for this area - thank you so much again for changing my life - sue ellis:7
 
Sue, I'm not Cathe, and I don't have any suggestions as to how to fit in the Pyramids and Supersets into your schedule; I'll leave it to others including Cathe to answer that one.

However, regarding your question about abs, I'd suggest you purchase Cathe's Ab Hits DVD and her Core Max DVD.

Ab Hits is a compilation of 14 separate ab routines from earlier produtions (prior to the Pyramids), and they include a lot of traditional ab work and newer core work. The routines are also chaptered so you can mix and match segments to create new routines. Cathe herself has also created new mix/matches right there on the disc, so you really never run out of options.

Core Max is from her latest Hard Core Series. It includes three separate routines, one on the floor with no equipment, one with a med ball on the floor, and one with a stability ball and med ball. Each routine is about 20 minutes long. Cathe has also chaptered these three routines very finely, and she has created three separate premixes in addition to the routines as originally filmed. Once again, too many options to count.

Hi Sue Ellis! It is perfectly common to work each body part twice per week. The key is not to work the same body part before a 48 hour period. Therefore you can do Pyramid Upper Body, Pyramid Lower Body, and Supersets all on one week.

Here are a couple of exapmples of how to use them:


Example:

Monday: Pyramid Upper

Wed: Pyramid Lower

Fri: Supersets

OR

Mon: Pyramid Upper

Tues: Pyramid Lower

Fri: Supersets
