Morning,

How is everyone this rainy Thursday morning. Man oh man, is the days/weeks flying by, or is it just me. Probably me, since my BD is next month. Well, last night didn’t go as planned. My sisters come over with Chinese food, wine, snacks (candies) and a movie.

Yep! we had a blast ;o) I always have a great time with them. We ate, drank and talked all night, it was 12:30 when I put them out. So, no workout for me. I felled bad, which they don’t understand. There comments are you workout all the time you can take a day off blah….blah. Neither workout so they don’t understand *Endorphins*, I don’t expect them to. They want to workout, but always finding excuses not to.

Anyway, tonight I’m doing MIS & 30 minute run. Have a wonderful day!

Hello -

This morning was a bust for me, I only did half of the Boot Camp workout because I slept in. My calves and ankles are really sore from yesterday, but I still should have worked out longer than 30 min.

On the schedule for tomorrow is L&G and abs, which I will follow because L&G gets my heart pumping almost as high as a cardio workout. I will probably do a double workout on Sat or add on Sunday to make up for today. I really want to be able to say I completed the rotation.

Still not seeing any great weight loss, but will weigh in and measure this weekend. Seriously thinking about doing WW.

Yesterday was IMAX 1 for me and today was PUB upper body and then the lower body from Power Hour.
 
Hi Ladies,

I am not doing so well following the rotation this week. I did a 6.5 mile run last night. That is it.. Did not feel like doing walking lunges or weights.. Maybe tonight.

Hi Gals,
Im doing o.k here.I didn't do IMAX 2 today, I went for a run instead. My legs aren't sore today.Which is a nice change.I haven't even looked to see what is scheduled for tomorrow...do I dare????
