Hi Cathe,

My name is Mike McNeill and my wife bought some of your DVD's about a year ago. She and her friend also drove down to NJ and took two of your classes in Feb. Her name is Jennifer.

I have been working out for about 20 years now going from one extreme to the next. I started off with weight lifting and bodybuilding and went to marathons, triathlons and now to Adventure Racing. I swim about 4 times a week, bike a lot, and have been using your DVD's for my weight training for a few months now. I started doing the ab workouts with my wife last year and man did you take me to the next level.

I have always taken pride in my abs and my workouts, but man, oh man, did you put me in the hurt box. Just wanted you to know that:)

Another reason I wanted to contact you was to let you know that I have been turning people on to you up here at West Point. I teach at West Point and I work in the Department of Physical Education, which is a good job for a person who likes to workout and stay fit.

I teach Survival Swimming, Wellness, and Strength Development classes to all four classes of cadets. Anytime someone ask me about workouts and programs I always work your name and website in to the conversation. I always tell the female cadets about you and Jenn and how you both have had 2 children and continue to stay fit. I tell the male cadets about how you have taken me to the next level with core workouts and the slow movement with the weights to recruit more muscle fibers.

Jenn has already pre-ordered your new series and I'm sure we will have a lot more people talking about you and your new DVD's once we get them.

I will continue to hit the core hard and do your weight workouts over the next couple of months while I am waiting for the Adventure Racing Season to kick off again in the Spring.

Thanks again for some good sweat popping, muscle burning, oh my goodness that hurts working out

:D

Hi Mike!
I have to agree with you on the core work from Cathe. My abs have also been taken to another level, one I never thought I could have.

Have you tried the ab work from Muscle Endurance? That has to be her best one to date, that one really works the obliques and lower abdominals like no other. If you don't have this workout, you may want to get it. It is awesome, I just did it this morning!

Thanks for your post, it is very inspiring!
