Got me think'in...whats mine? I thought I was a Pear, I am a little heavier in the bottom(calves and thighs)then I am on the top.But I am not slim on the top either.
I went to ivillage.com and found out that I wasn't a pear after all.Really I am a hour glass.....I was thinking....doesn't everyone want to be an hour glass? They nailed it to a "T".
I do gain weight evenly,I do lose it evenly and people asume that I weigh less then I actually do b/c the weight is so evenly distributed.
Then I decided to check out how to exercise for your body type.Thats when I started skimming and not really reading it all.It didn't matter what it said, I wasn't going to give up my exercise routine for someone who decided to write an article.
The things that it told me to do were pretty funny:ride bike,deadlifts with no weight,use 5lbs dumbells.Pretty much don't lift any weights!
And it told me "not" to do all of the things I do:step,squats,lunges,kickboxing....I thought it was quite funny myself.
Who comes up with this stuff? The things that it told me not to do are the things that helped me get back into shape, they are not the things that made my legs bulk up, it made them slimmer,it made everything smaller.I just pity the people who listen to this stuff.I just thought it was amusing and I wanted to share.Plus I am bored and waiting for my lunch to settle so that I can do step,do deadlifts with 50lbs and I may even throw some squats in there somewhere.Just b/c I can
