i read some info on these tapes..but i'm still a bit confused..

i'm prob interm/advanced in yoga..really like 'balance line strength', 'yoga sculpt' etc..

which bryan kest video should i get? or is it worth it to get the whole set of 3??

i do alot of pilates workouts as well...incl using the reformer..thanks!
