Hi Rhonda!! How are you? I was just reading the post you wrote to Pinky. Several years ago I bought the Freestyle book and the freestyle lunge poles. LOL....I think when we got divorced and cleaned everything out of the house that this went too.

Can I ask what your rotation was like when you were doing Freestyle?

Hi Kim, I am doing great. Well I didn't really follow to much of a rotation just tried to get my workouts done at least 6 days a week, I usually done Legs and Glutes leg press mania 3 times a week, and I would do MIS at least 1 day a week and power hour. I tried to get at least 30 minutes or more of leg workout between the weights and treadmill or exercise bike, 2 workouts a week of upper body, and I would do my abs everyday.......
I would still like to get those lunge poles, they look like they keep you stable as you do the lunges..........anyway hope that helps a bit.

I haven't done freestyle since summer, but getting back too it now..oh and I know I only put about 5 workouts up there but I would just put in what ever workout I felt like doing or just made up my own.... Rhonda:7
