I love adding on Susan's ab workout from this DVD. I'd love to get the 6 pound ball that you can hold onto. Does anyone know where I can get one?
How ironic that you would ask this....I just did Rapid Fire #3 this morning (not the wkout w/ the med ball though). I've seen them on Amazon w/ the 2 handles. I'm sure other websites/companies sell them too.
