<--Muffie has been getting up several times a night and DH usually gets up with her because I don't hear her due to hearing loss on the right
<--did manage to do 4DS double cardio and pullups
<--feels more energized now :)

<-- should ask Catherine how on earth you get over the shoulder thing when doing pull ups?
<-- always get stuck from a hang when the shoulder pull changes if that makes any sense
<-- can go from a hang to about 3 inches up but then there needs to be a recruitment of some different muscle and <-- just can't figure it out
