<--made the decision <--self as race is apparently not being cancelled for ERNESTO.
<--can run many other 5k's this month instead so will pick one to enter.
<--must now do <--own cardio w/o so <--may go to the gym and run on the TM and be in the race "in spirit". :)

I noticed the amount of wait you've lost, could you tell me a little bit about your progress and how long it took you to get there? You see your numbers are exactly mine...And I'm hoping to see if I'm on the right track. I just started Cathe the beginning routine. I'm on my 3rd week rotation. I have lost 4.6lbs this week. I am staying at a comfortable 26 pts for food. I used to go to WW meetings, now I just stay with their program at home. I would love to hear all about your wonderful success. Do you have before and after pictures? I will post my befores after I have a significant after picture to post.
