When we do the floor exercises, like laying on our side with the body bar over the bottom foot and we do lifts would it be just as affective to put on an ankle weight to do these exercises?
If I'm not mistaken, Cathe comments for those who do not have the bar to just keep lifting while they take their breaks. I'm sure if you use ankle weights and especially if you keep lifting during the breaks, it will be effective. You can also hold a weight on your thigh for extra resistance. Hope this helps. DebbieH
Thanks Debbie for the suggestions. Since I don't have a body bar I didn't feel like I was getting a very good workout by just lifting my leg so I thought I needed to add some weight.
