I am doing the Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation and today calls for a 5 mile run. I am not able to run 5 miles, just starting now to run a few blocks, walk, run. Plus it's super cold outside. Could I do Cardio Fusion with 200 jacks in place of it? Any other suggestions?
