Ok, try this....do 48 deep power scissors followed by running up and down a flight of stairs as fast as you can, ten times, and report back. I did it and it felt great. A little wobbly on the first two rounds of steps but then I got in the new groove!!!
 
I would love to give that a go.... except any time I go up and down my stairs, my Aussie is right on my heels. I fear I'd end up flying instead of running. LOL
 
Hm. I think I'd rather ram power scissors into my eyes 48 times than do 48 of them! :D

Can I use my 3-step flight of stairs? :p

Cathe, I just instructed a 30min HIIT 30/30 class, using the step and inspired by a lot of the interval blasts in your IMAX routines. There were 18 intervals. Can I get a pass on this fitness fix, pleeeease?? I'm tired.
 
Help! I did STS Legs today and I can't get up!! :eek::eek::p Ohhhhh I KNOW I'm gonna feel it tomorrow... and Thursday.... maybe even Friday! :cool: THANK YOU for the extended stretches... total lifesaver. Yesterday I did Day 1 and followed up with te stretch- I think that saved me this morning!

Laura- sooo funny! Donna- I totally hear you on the dog-under-foot thing on the stairs.... somebody's gonna get hurt if I do this- probably both me AND the Bichon! LOL!!
