For those of you doing the rotation or for anyone who has some input, when Cathe calls for "400 crunches from all angles" does that mean 400 Reverse Crunches, Oblique Crunches (200 each side or 400?), and 400 standard crunches? Or does that mean 400 crunches all together, 100 reverse, oblique left, oblique right, and standard?
I wouldn't normally ask, but it's only the difference of about 1200 crunches or so =-)
I'd appreciate it if you would let me know what you've been doing or what you think Cathe has in mind.
