Questions About Body Fusion DVD

Cathlete
Hi, Everyone -- Is this tape worth getting for just the Upper and Lower Body Sculpt? I definitely am not into or want to do any step exercises and am just interested in the weights. I have and especially love PUB, after that S&H, and sometimes use PH (all of which are dvd's) and wonder if this one is worth buying if I want to use the sculpting part only.

Am I better off waiting for her new gym-style workouts to come out?

Also,I notice a tubing strap is used. There are so many different kinds -- does it come with the dvd, or does Cathe sell it, or where would you get it?

Thanks for any advice you can give me about this workout.

I would say wait for the new ones. The exercises are good and you can definitely use more weight than Cathe is using in the video. I like it for an easy day, but if I had no interest in the step portion, I would pre-order something tougher.
You didn't mention Supersets and Push/Pull. I like those as well as Legs and Glutes.

Tubing strap does not come w/ it but you can buy it at Target. $10
The tubing strap exercises are effective, too. I just wanted to say it not that I am NOT recommending the video, I like it a lot. I just never get that "fried feeling." If you like Pyramids the best, you might enjoy the other ones I mentioned more than this one.

I think you're right, Amy, about waiting for the new ones to come out. PUB also doubles for me as an endurance tape, as sometimes instead of Pyramid version, I just keep going with one weight, sort of like 100 Reps. It is so versatile.

I had been thinking about Supersets and Push/Pull, but it seems to use the ball throughout -- I just tried sitting on one for ab exercises, and nearly went flying! So that ended that.

It's most unusual to come on here and have someone save you money, but I think you did just that. Thanks for that and thanks for the advice!
