Hi there,
I am a 43 year old dedicated Cathe workout user, and have noticed some things as I am aging... Does anyone else have these issues? I notice after working out that the veins on my temples bulge, and stay that way for about an hour an a half after I've cooled down. I get nervous that I am having a stroke! Also, it seems that I am having a much harder time getting results on my arms than on the rest of me. Am I using too light a weight?
