I love Supersets and Push/Pull - every day my favorite Body Blast workout changes as I love them all! I was wondering, when using the stability ball (like sitting on it for front raises, as an example) does it mainly provide an added benefit of working the core, or does it indeed work in the recruitment of muscle fibers, thus making the movement more effective, even if you have to use a lighter weight? Thanks.
