Question re XTRAIN workout structure

In the CTX and 4-Day Split series(es?), each workout contained a cardio component and a strength training component (with certain but not all of the workouts also containing a core routine as well).

However, my read of the XTRAIN workout / DVD list as initially published is that some of the workouts are strictly strength whereas only four or five (including RIDE) have a cardio and strength component.

Do I understand that correctly? Or will all the XTRAIN workout DVDs contain cardio and strength?
