Regarding the glute raise exercise - I was wondering if I may position my feet during this exercise with a wider base of support (a la kickbox-type stance) rather than planting my front working bent-knee leg directly straight in front of my back straight leg. I had a little balance issue today on the second leg because I was so prefatigued from the other exercises and it would be great to have a little modification such as this for when I still want to get the most out of it but am alrady feeling pretty worked.
