Hey everyone,
Today I've been reading the July issue of Oxygen magazine, and one of the articles has a workout where the author lost nine pounds in two months. If you look on page 104, they show her before and after measurements and stats.
She's in wonderful shape and looks fantastic, but does she really look like she's at only 9.7% body fat?
It seems like she would be higher than that, but she did get hydrostatically tested (dunked in water, which is supposedly the most accurate way to test). I always thought that to have a body fat measurement that low, you had to be really ripped and muscular.
Hmm . . . .
