Question on the 4DS

I'm intersted in ordering the 4DS but, only want Disk B-Boot w/boot camp kickbox/weights and I forgot the name of the other one. I don't have a step so Disk A is a no go. Do they sell disk B separately or is there another alternative I can buy?

I dont think they sell the disks separately. They come together in the same DVD cover. But dont let that stop you. 4DS is one of the best Cathe work outs I own. I highly recommend you get it and do the step routines without the step first to get the foot work and a great cardio work out. The steps are a bit more complicated so starting at floor level may help you master the steps.

There are also weighted workouts on the Step DVD that you will miss if you want to do a heavy 3 day or 4 day split.

I love this workout and have gotten great results.
