Question on CIRCUIT WORKOUTS?

For the next 3 weeks I am thinking of alternating CARDIO/CIRCUIT/Cardio/Circuit/etc.....in order to try and burn those last few pounds before my trip to Cabo.

Will that be more effective or would...........

Cardio/Cardio/Circuit/Cardio/Cardio/Circuit

be more effective for those goals??

Hi Reba! I suggest doing an order that is the most diverse from your current order to shock your metabolism. Even try to add in one new form of cardio that you don't typically do (but ease into it).
