I have MIS and Cathe does the dips on an 8" step in that video. I think that you can achieve great results with it. You just need to be sure and bend your elbows and then straighten them when you come up(not locked). I know one thing, I feel them on my 8"step. Be sure you are not just moving your rear, but bending your elbows too!! Happy Bending!
