Question on certain exercises....

I have seen a few of these exercises listed and was wondering if anyone knows how they are done (no detail, just the basics). Or, does anyone know of a website that explains them?

Conventional deadlifts vs. Romanian Deadlifts

Standing military press

Seated Cable Rows (is that the row machine?)

Lying tricep extension

Barbell rows (underhand)

Dumbell Split Squats

Lat Pulldown (underhand)- I know what pulldowns are, but where would you place your hands on the underhand version of these?

Reverse lunges- I know these are on this website somehwhere...
