Question on Cathe's Rotations

Hi Everyone,
I've been doing Cathe's rotations since I discovered her in February. I just wondered why she never puts The Terminator DVD in any of the rotations? I think I'm going to add this in to the Sept rotation this month.
 
I've wondered the same thing. Maybe the Terminator is not a must-have for her fans. I don't know.

Here are two terminator rotations I have saved on my computer. I don't remember where I got them (probably here) or who to credit for them, but here ya go:

Week 1
******
Sat - Gauntlet
Sun - Muscle Endurance
Mon - ***REST***
Tue - IMAX2/PLB (only 5 intervals of ImaX)
Wed - PUB
Thur- Boot Camp
Friday - C&W (w/light wts)

Week 2
******
Sat - Viper
Sun - PLB + 20-25 min easy cardio (or REST day if feeling over trained)
Mon - C&W (lt wt on legs!)
Tues - ***REST***
Wed - Muscle Endurance
Thurs- IMAX2
Fri - PUB

Week 3
******
Sat - Imax xtreme
Sun - Muscle Endurance
Mon - C&W
Tues - ***REST***
Wed - IMAX2/PLB (only 5 intervals of Imax2)
Thurs - PUB
Fri - Boot Camp

Week 4
*******
Sat - Gauntlet
Sun - PUB
MOn -IMAX2 (6 intervals) /PLB
Tues -Rest
Wed - Muscle Endurance Upper Only/C&W- Cardio Only
Thurs - Rest
Fri - Boot Camp + PUB Shoulders/Chest only


Terminator 1:
Day 1: The Gauntlet
Day 2: C&W
Day 3: PLB
Day 4: Rhythmic Step or Step Jam
Day 5: The Viper
Day 6: Cardio Kicks
Day 7: Rest

Terminator 2:
Day 1: Imax Xtreme
Day 2: ME
Day 3: Power Max
Day 4: PH
Day 5: Cardio Kicks
Day 6: BC
Day 7: Rest

Also A-Jock's Blast from the Past rotation has at least 2 different workouts from the Terminator if I remember correctly. I had a lot of fun doing that rotation.
