One of the DVD's I got for Christmas is high reps. I'm wondering how you all incorporate this workout into your workouts? I do cardio 6 times a week and weight train 3 times a week. For the past few weeks I've been doing 2 days with slightly heavier weights and on the third day I will do something like pyrimid upper and lower body. I'm wondering if I can do high reps 3 times a week and if so would i get enough veriation with the high rep DVD to work all muscle groups? I'm trying to lean down for the summer not bulk up.
