Question in rewards to High Reps DVD

One of the DVD's I got for Christmas is high reps. I'm wondering how you all incorporate this workout into your workouts? I do cardio 6 times a week and weight train 3 times a week. For the past few weeks I've been doing 2 days with slightly heavier weights and on the third day I will do something like pyrimid upper and lower body. I'm wondering if I can do high reps 3 times a week and if so would i get enough veriation with the high rep DVD to work all muscle groups? I'm trying to lean down for the summer not bulk up. Thank you and hope you can help!

I use High Reps as a cardio weight workout. Despite being all weights, it really does get my heart rate up.
This one is one of my favorites!

I do this workout when I'm doing a rotation of 3 days/ weights, 2 days/ cardio.
Looks like this:
Monday: High Reps
Tuesday: HiiT
Wednesday: Muscle Max
Thursday: HiiT or Steady State
Friday: Another Total Body Heavier Weight workout (Total Body Supersets, etc...)

Hello,

I like this rotation ;-)

Hi Lourdes....I wouldnt do High Reps more than two times per week. in addition to your other workouts. Also, High Reps hits all the major muscle groups so you will be good there...
