I wanted to ask Cathe this question but I don't want to slow down the vhs/DVD process so I decided I would direct this to anyone out there with experience.
Working one body part per day simply works well with my busy life. This is probably true for most of you as well. I have hesitated using this routine because I have read that you need to develop the lean body/muscle that you want first by doing total body strength 2 or 3 times per week and that one-body-part-per-day is for AFTER you have developed the muscle and lean body that you desired. I still need to lose 17 lbs. I am much more consistant when I do one-body-part-per-day. It's just so much easier to fit in 30 min. cardio plus one-body-part per day than it is to fit in several cardios plus 2 or 3 total body strengths in a week. (maybe it's just a mental thing for me). Anyway, my question is, has anybody saw good results doing one-body-part-per-day even though they still had weight to lose? Am I really hurting my results doing one-body-part-per-day? Maybe I answered my own question when I said that I'm more consistant this way. Maybe that's all that matters? Any thoughts? l
I can't wait for the Timesaver DVD!!!! I should add that I have finally got the nutrition aspect under control so I just want to verify that my one-body-part plan will help me be successful.
