I signed up out of curiosity and a need for structure and accountability (i know that sounds crazy, but i can't be left to my own when dieting)
anyway, i got my plan last PM and i do think i may be disappointed.
I got one day meal plan. Am i supposed to use that same meal plan 7 days a week??? THere is only one day (six small meals) on this plan.

Could someone who uses this consulting please let me know if there is more to it?? There is two weeks workouts along with it.

thanks in advance.
Wendy

My understanding is that you can sub the chicken(eggwhite) with other proteins, but it should contain the same amount of calories. For example this morning instead of the oatmeal I ate brown rice w/ whey protein powder and it was yummy with a little added splenda and cinnamon.
last night I had beef, not fish. But today I'll have more fish and less chicken.
The important part is to eat starchy veggies and not the non starchies YET That comes next week if I understand correctly.

The bottom of that page that she sent you can find the equivalents to each proteins and starchy veggies. Not that there are so many, I only see yam and brown rice... But I assume you can eat potatoes too if you hate yams.
I admit that is pretty boring, but no pain, no gain, right?:) :) Mari

A lot of times she'll start people with a basic plan to follow for a week, and then she'll see how your stats react to it. If it works the first week, she may keep it the same the second week, then change it up on the 3rd week. This is her chance to learn your metabolism, and see how your body reacts.

As your stats start to change, she'll change your plan to either calorie rotation, or carb rotation, etc.

And if you have questions, don't be afraid to email her. Your consults include unlimited emails.
