Question for Tank-Top Rotation Veterans

For any of you who saw results with the infamous Tank-Top Arms rotation by Marlene123, how would you incorporate the Hardcore series for someone who has enough time to workout for up to 2 1/2 hours per day? Also, do you think it would be advantageous to do, say, CTX Leaner Legs followed by GS Legs to get better results?

I searched through previous posts about this and didn't see what I was looking for.

Here's the rotation, in case anyone needed a reminder:

Day #1: Pure Strength Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day #2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day #3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps plus cardio
Day #4: Cardio
Day #5: MIS
Day #6: Cardio
Day #7: Cardio or rest
