Question for P90X users

Carole would you mind sending me a copy of theses rotations. I want something different until I get Cathes' new series. Purty please?!!!

Do you have any suggestions you could throw in there, I'd appreciate that to. What you you think of the door gym deluxe? I've been eyeing that for a quite a while, but would be so disapointed if it could not take my weight & I fell too easily.
Thanks!

I agree with all about Plyo X. The one reason I like this workout is that it INSTRUCT you on proper form on Plyometrics. Many end up hurting themselves, and yes Cathe is a blast, but she is not doing this for 60 minutes either. This workout is intense and I noticed firmness in my whole lower body through this workout in the P90X rotation. Also, Core Synergies is an EXCELLENT workout. It concentrates on your whole core, including the back. I could not even do all the moves initially, but when I was done with the rotation, I could. And that is saying something. These two workouts I would not trade for anything.

Sure Marla...I'll email the rotations to you. True, falling from the door attachment might not be too fun!! It looked okay to me...you could also try the heavy pullovers or one arm rows like Kathryn did instead of all the endless pull-ups...I see after rereading this thread that there are other suggestions here too...I was lucky as I have an older model gym attached to a wall and it has an attachment I could do pull-ups with....:)
