Question for morning exercisers

Shelley, I agree with what has already been said. I LOVE getting my WO done in the AM. After work I don't have the time or the inclination to do it all over again. There are just too many other things to do! I have tried working out in the afternoon, but it just doiesn't feel right. Oh, there are a lot of days when I just don't want to get up at 4:15. That is when I juggle my rest days. I think that it will take you a little while to get into the routine. I know you are a runner. Are you planning on doing this in the AM?

Honestly, I never feel guilty about not working out. When I work-out, I work-out hard, so no guilt at taking an evening off, a day off, or even a week off, because I know I put the time in.
