Upper and Lower Pyramid

Timesaver Blast

Can you help me put these togther to make a good workout.

I have added butts and guts to my collection and soon I will have power hour, bodymax, and mis plus cardio and wts. Now I really need help making all of these work together. I'm so glad we are able to chat with people that know what they are doing, thank you for your help.
