Question for fitday users

Does anyone use this site? I'm curious what you put under activities for Cathe workouts. Especially for Cardio. Plus, is there any other good advice about using this site. I've been useing it for a week now. I've found I am definitely not getting enough protien!
 
I have been using this site for awhile and have found it incredibly helpful. I too was not eating enough protein and since making changes have been very happy with the way I look and feel. The one problem has been figuring out what to do about workouts - I also have been at a loss about this. Any help from others would be appreciated by me too.
