Question for everybody, but especially the Freestylers:

Does anyone have the book "Freestyle Training II" (by George Snyder)? I cannot seem to find this book anywhere! I know that it's out of print but I figured someone on the planet has to have this. I cannot find this anywhere. Does anyone have it? And if so, how does it compare to the other Freestyle books (not including Lower Body Solution)?

Thanks, Susan. I already put in my order for that new book. I'm just trying to see if I can track down this one since it's supposed to have advanced training techniques, freestyle aerobics and freestyle interval training.
