Hi Cathe,
I have a question on the cardio suggestions that you made. For the hypertrophy and strength phase, do you think too much cardio will prevent from muscle gains? I have found that for me I have to cut out almost all cardio in order to see muscle gains. In the past where I combined cardio and strength training I did not see any hypertrophy at all.
